Information for speakers

  • How do I upload my presentation or where do I send my presentation?
    Presenters will be contacted six weeks prior to the conference with a link to upload PowerPoint presentations by 4 July 2025. There and instructions on accessing the speaker’s prep room.

  • Can I update my presentation once it is submitted?
    For important last-minute changes, please see the AV technician in the Birley Boardroom with your updated presentation on USB.

  • Will I get free or discounted registration if I am presenting?
    There is no discounted registration for presenters. All accepted presenters are responsible for their own registration fees, travel and accommodation.

Information for poster presenters

  • What size does my poster need to be?

Poster presenters will receive an email confirming the size and specifications of the poster. Posters MUST be prepared in portrait format in A0 size; this is 841 millimetres wide x 1189 millimetres high (33.1 inches by 46.8 inches). Velcro dots will be provided for you to attach your poster on your assigned poster board.

  • Where can I get my posters printed?

Poster presenters are responsible for printing their own posters. While an Officeworks store is located just a 9-minute walk from the venue, we strongly recommend that posters be printed in advance of the conference to ensure ample time.

  • Where do I set up my poster at the conference venue?

Instructions will be emailed to you regarding setting up your poster on your assigned day in the Cockle Bay Room at PARKROYAL Darling Harbour. If you have any questions, please contact the Conference Organiser or visit the registration desk at the conference.

Conference program

  • How can I see what sessions will be presented before I arrive at the conference?

Please refer to the program page to see the full conference program and speaker information. The program will also be available on the conference app (available one week prior to the conference). Attendance at sessions will be based on available seating upon arrival at a session.

  • Will speaker slides be shared post-conference?

Slides will not be shared.

  • If I can’t make a session, will it be recorded so that I can watch it later?

Sessions will not be recorded.

Conference app

  • How do I download the conference app and what are my login details?

One week prior to the conference you will receive an email with the conference app login details and instructions. We recommend you download the app before you arrive at the conference.

  • Is it necessary for me to download the conference app?
    We highly recommend you download the conference app to maximise your engagement and enjoyment at the conference. On the conference app you can view the conference program, build your own personal agenda, see the latest announcements, take notes at sessions and export them for future reference. You can also view a list of the attendees, speakers, sponsors, and connect with them via direct in app messaging.

Name badge

  • Where do I go to check in and get my name badge at the conference?

If you are attending the pre-conference workshop day, you can collect your name badge at the registration desk in the foyer of A15 Pharmacy and Bank Building, Science Road, Camperdown Campus, The University of Sydney NSW 2006. Please keep your name badge to wear while at the conference.

If you are attending the conference only, you can collect your name badge at the conference registration desk on Level R of the PARKROYAL Darling Harbour, 150 Day St, Sydney NSW 2000.

Sustainability

The conference committee and organisers are committed to supporting sustainability practices. What can you do to limit the environmental impact of attending this conference?

  • If budget allows, when booking your flight, choose to offset your carbon footprint.
  • Most of the accommodation options offered by the conference organiser are located near the conference venue. Where possible, we encourage you to walk or use public transport between locations.
  • Choose to follow the waste separation instructions at the venue and at your accommodation.
  • Use the conference app to view the program (printed programs will not be provided)
  • Bring a drink bottle to fill at the water stations at the conference venue.
  • Bring a reusable bag to carry your conference materials in.
  • Only RSVP for social functions you will attend, to minimise any food wastage.
  • Recycle where possible, such as your name badge (printed on fully recyclable paper).

  • How can I provide feedback to the conference organisers?

Please contact the Conference Organiser via lllpharm2025@expertevents.com.au to provide feedback. There will also be an online delegate survey available at the conference.
